Tony is the company’s founder and CEO and has no qualms about rolling up his sleeves and sitting on a Customer Support call when needed or joining a live customer demo to answer any questions.
Tony has a deep appreciation for the people and the community, with whom we work and thrive. While he keeps his nose to the grindstone with all the latest and greatest in tech innovation, moving Fleet Complete to the leading edge of the connected vehicle and telematics industry, he also knows that it takes a dedicated team of talented, committed people to make businesses grow.

Cynthia is an accomplished executive, who was brought onboard Fleet Complete as Chief Financial Officer at a high point of the company’s rapid growth and global expansion. She is driving the next phase of Fleet Complete’s business strategy, aiming to double the company in size through mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in new markets and geographies.
Cynthia brings a wealth of international management and M&A experience. Her professional acumen includes companies like Algorithmics (an IBM company) as well as her previous role as CFO at Blue Ant Media. In the former, she grew revenue by 230% and was responsible for the company’s 23 international locations with 28 legal entities. In the latter, she grew revenue by 550% and expanded the company’s global footprint through 10 acquisitions in 5 years.
Highly entrepreneurial, Cynthia believes she inherited that mindset from her father, who immigrated to Canada from the Netherlands and was able to jumpstart a successful business.
When she is not collaborating with her partners on the executive team, Cynthia loves to spend time with her family at the cottage and participate in a variety of sports, from ultimate frisbee and running to tennis, swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking.
As Chief Product Officer at Fleet Complete, Frank leads the company’s global product innovation and long-term market opportunities With over 25 years of experience in development and market introduction of innovative software and hardware technologies, Frank will work closely with the engineering team to help drive the company’s product management, market strategy, and long-term innovation globally.
A former CEO of an M2M and fleet solutions company for seven years, Friesacher has a long professional pedigree in product innovation. This includes the QNX real-time embedded operating system, the first eCheck payment processing, the introduction of self-serve online banking portals, telematics-based insurance, and AI-based predictive maintenance solutions for aircraft and trucks.
He also headed the Digital Accelerator for advanced solutions in heavy-duty on-road, off-road and electric fleets at Cummins.
Jarrad was brought on board in July 2019 to provide dedicated focus on Fleet Complete’s M&A growth strategy, including continued expansion into new markets and geographies, and ongoing post-close integration activities.
With over 10 years of experience across various capital markets roles, Jarrad is a skilled investor.
Prior to joining Fleet Complete, Jarrad spent nearly 6 years at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan as Principal in the Private Capital, Technology, Media and Telecom team.
When he is not hard at work, Jarrad is an avid runner and reader. He also enjoys traveling,trying new foods and spending time with his family and friends.
Jamal is the current president of FieldWorker and the Executive Vice President of Professional Services at Fleet Complete.
He oversees the department’s strategy and daily operations. With excellent technical skills and an innate ability to build strong relationships with both the customers and his team, Jamal continuously offers clients the customized solutions they need while contributing to Fleet Complete’s bottom line.
Jamal brings over 20 years of experience in software project sales, development, management, business analysis and client management
He is also an avid tennis player and was ranked #1 on the Hastings College tennis team. His father, who was a great tennis player, started coaching him when he turned 5. He continued on that family tradition and started coaching his son when he turned 5 as well, who now plays at a provincial level in Canada.
Craig leads Fleet Complete’s North American direct and carrier channel sales teams, in addition to the marketing team. Craig works closely with sales leaders to plan, foster, and execute strategic business relationships with clients and industry partners.
Organizations align their key performance indicators to their Digital strategy. In doing so, we analyze the flow of information, optimize business processes, increase workflow efficiencies under a strict security process.
Craig brings over 20 years of sales leadership experience in the information technology and digital services space, as well as thought leadership in legal services.
Having joined Fleet Complete in 2017 as National Sales Director, Michael now manages the Australian business, leading its sales and marketing strategy, team leadership, and overall business growth.
With extensive experience in senior leadership roles across telecommunications, data services, and FMCG industries, Michael excels at building channels, increasing brand awareness, and leading high-performing teams.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the water, traveling, indulging in good food and wine, running, and enjoying time with his family and of course his dog.
Paul manages the European businesses spanning across Greece, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Germany, Sweden, Norway, and The Netherlands. For over a decade, Paul has been an actively growing the European business bringing his experience in operations, logistics.
Paul has been an integral part of the Fleet Complete team for over 12 years. He started as a Project Manager in 2012 for larger customers in the Netherlands and has had various operational roles at Fleet Complete. In 2018 Paul became Global Vice President Operations. Since January 2022, Paul leads our European activities as Managing Director Europe. Paul is based in the Netherlands and works from our Utrecht office.
Prior to Fleet Complete, Paul spent 6 years with Reynolds & Reynolds, implementing software projects at car dealerships across Europe.
Outside of work, Paul likes to spend time with his wife and 3 daughters. He is also passionate about running and cars.
Rafael is the Vice President of Customer Experience for the United States and Canada markets and has been the General Director for Fleet Complete Mexico since 2019.
With over 20 years of executive experience, Rafael specializes in managing and developing high-performance teams. Prior to joining Fleet Complete, he was the General Manager of CSI Mexico, one of the top 10 vehicle tracking companies in Mexico, which was acquired by Fleet Complete in 2019.
Rafael is dedicated to generating customer value and ensuring the company maintains a “Customer Centric” approach.
In his free time, Rafael enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, traveling, and playing tennis.
