Integrating with Fleet Complete provides ClickSchedule with the ability not only to plot job sites and locations for technicians to action, but also to track the status of jobs in progress. When service orders are created in ClickSchedule, the locations are plotted as POIs (Points of Interest) on the Fleet Complete map. Creating a location POI provides the ability to track the activity associated with that particular location (like vehicles entering or exiting a POI). Provided with basic service instructions, Fleet Complete’s Resource Tracker will electronically generate activities which dispatches a driver to the job and provides turn-by-turn directions to every assigned work site. This integration provides a comprehensive mobile workforce management solution that facilitates complex scheduling, dispatching of in-field workers and monitoring the status of active jobs in one digital platform.
